Jan’s full time paid post was at Prescap in 1989 – 1994, so she worked in Preston during the last Preston Guild! Her favourite day was when five communities came together to see their art work on a floating canal boat gallery, as part of a firework display outside the New Art Gallery Walsall. She looks forward to managing a huge environmental art project where gardeners and artists merge into one role. Her favourite river is the Amazon as I lived near to it when I was little and it inspires freedom and power.
