Mosaic madness while growing your own veg… Your Arts worked with Brockholes Wood Community Primary School to promote healthy growing and eating.
Professional artists Becky Atherton and Sue Swatridge worked with children from Brockholes Wood Community Primary School to enhance an area of their community garden, improving its use for planting and growing. The group designed and made a mosaic freeze depicting healthy food, together with a caved wooded storage box for tools and carved wooden clipboards to report the growing progress of their vegetables.
The project was funded from Awards for All.
